My name is Matthew, and I am a seasoned liability insurance claims professional with over twenty-one (21) years of in-depth experience handling high-exposure (litigated and non-litigated), primary and excess commercial and personal general liability "bodily injury," "property damage," "personal injury" and automobile liability claims, as well as all complex interrelated liability insurance coverage issues, in both New York and other multi-state venues.
Although my area of specialty is the adjustment of serious, litigated construction accident losses under New York's Labor Law and the interrelated liability insurance coverage issues that they pose, I have the same comprehensive experience and expertise handling the full panoply of complex litigated liability claim areas including, but not limited to, premises, products liability, automobile, environmental, toxic tort, successor liability, employment practices liability and other heavy liability losses. Prior to working in the P&C industry, I practiced law on my own for six (6) years handling diverse civil litigated matters.
That said, I am eminently qualified in litigation management as to both the substantive and procedural legal issues presented by most any given litigated insurance matter, especially those venued in the five Boroughs of New York City and surrounding areas.
