In order to optimize your fitness or athletic performance, your preparation and training have to be at 100% at all times. If you prepare poorly then your results will be the same. You need to practice like a champion to be successful at game time or for recreational play, if that's what you prefer. I will teach you skills to enhance your performance, and I will motivate you to push yourself to higher levels of play. I've coached many sports, which include tennis, track and field, and basketball. I also have many years of experience teaching fitness. When fitness and sport-training are combined or infused, the two can be a tremendous benefit.
