I am a young and energetic professional who has extensive teaching and tutoring experience. As a graduate student, I used to teach undergraduates at Berklee College of music (Boston). It was an amazing experience, and I am still in close contact with many of them. I have tutored well over 200 students, from 1st grade throughout high school, college and graduate school. I have had over 10 years of teaching experience, in a classroom of 50, in small groups of 2-3 students, and also 'one on one' private classes.
My specialty is Music Theory,Composition, Arranging,Songwriting,Guitar Performance,Ear Training,Music History and Music Production. I tutor all undergrad music courses up to Masters level. I have a Master of Jazz Composition & Arranging, and a BM in Contemporary Writing & Music Production.
My students love that I try to explain the subject matter in a very easy-to-understand way. I have tons of real world examples to illustrate what those dry problems actually represent, and I have experience of tutoring hundreds of students under my belt. That allows me to explain many subjects from different angles - hey, everyone learns differently, right?
I look forward to meeting you and helping you out in whatever music or English class you need. I am also a native English speaker, so for those of you who embarked on the challenge of learning English - I can be of help!
