I am available to help your child with reading. From basic pre-k level to 6th grade. It is very valuable to have your child read daily. The only way to become a better reader is to read, read, read. I make learning fun, and very creative.

Elementary (K-6th)

I currently work as a teacher's assistant/one on one aide at a special education school in Blauvelt, NY. On a daily basis I help children with emotional, behavioral, other health impairments to help them do their very best in learning, understanding all of the subjects. I am patient, understanding, and have 15 years experience with children of all ages. Teaching is my passion.

I have over 15 years of experience working with special needs children, including those with down syndrome, autism, or other learning disabilities. My passion is helping kids. I have completed the council for exceptional children workshop in practical Behavior interventions for students with autism. I have been working with students with autism for many years and I have a professional background in ABA training and behavioral interventions. My specialty is language arts at all levels: reading and writing in all subject area k-12. I set up concrete goals, assessing and adjusting the child's educational needs throughout the process.

Save between 5 and 15% on tutoring by purchasing credit with one of our prepaid discount packages. You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
