I am currently an entrepreneur who specializes in financial services sales and have been for about 4 years. I am versed however in all things finance and business subjects including Microsoft applications, writing for business, business accounting, tax preparation, and insurance. I used to be an English teacher as well and my specialty was Regents teaching in English so I can help students pass that difficult test. Finally, as a former job readiness coach, I can help students with resumes, interviews, and job search.

Microsoft Outlook

Ever since I started working in 2003, I have used Outlook for every job and for e-mail communication. I have learned how to receive and send e-mail, sync messages and the program, and how not to overload the system with messages.

Microsoft Windows

I have been using computers especially windows for a long-time, for college and for work. I have solved problems on Windows on my personal computer and on my work computer.

Regents

When I was an English Teacher, one of my specialties was teaching struggling writers how to write well. One of the classes I taught was a Regents English class where I taught students who had continuously failed the exam how to pass.

Tax Preparation

I would like to be certified in this course, in 2009 I took a required 40 hours of training to be certified by the IRS and took some other courses through H&R Block. As a financial planner, I am versed in tax issues and completed taxes for H&R Block for 2 years.

Microsoft Publisher

I have used Publisher to create posters and advertising material for my business for 5 years. I have even used it to create a snazzy business card for myself.
