Dr. Dee has a background in teaching special education in elementary and secondary schools, and in holding leadership positions as alternative high school principal, administrative dean of students, assistant principal and program developer with a focus on alternative programs for high risk youth. Dr. Dee holds an Ed.D (Doctorate in Education) in Educational Administration and Supervision from St. John’s University, and an MS in Inclusion and Special Education as a graduate fellowship award recipient at Queens College. In addition, she holds a Professional Diploma in School Supervision and Administration also from CUNY Queens College, and a BS from SUNY Plattsburgh in Food and Nutrition.
With more than 10 years of combined teaching and school leadership experience in K-12 school settings, Dr. Dee has maintained a supportive instructional environment for students with special needs and diverse learning styles within the prekindergarten through high school system. Dr. Dee is an educator who has assisted many students of all ages to achieve greatness and reach their academic potential.
