I am a graduate of Stony Brook University's Secondary Education of Mathematics program, and New York State certified to teach teach mathematics in public schools, for all topics.
To teach students of all educational types, one must be open to what the student responds to and what is best for their experience. I will always take into consideration if a student is more visual, tactile, logical, and use these to promote a student's learning. By being open to using multiple teaching techniques, I will help my students overcome the difficulties they have been having in their mathematic classes.
