Hi, I first of all want to say that I am very excited and looking forward to this amazing opportunity. I enjoy teaching and consider myself to be very patient. A little about myself, I have a Masters in Music, and my passion is clarinet playing. I have taught music for about nine years both clarinet and piano. I also have exprience assisting with tennis, camp activities, and dancing for beginners. I enjoy music and for me it is healing. I am also open to helping with other subjects and am eager to walk the student through them. My goal is to help guide the student to become independant. Moreso than the subject itself which I am eager to teach, I want to teach the student how to target the work at hand. Depending on the age of course, I want to teach the student how to "figure it out" and have the proper tools for when I or anyone else is not there (like in a test or at school). I also want the experience to be positive, motivating, and uplifting. All students have potential and they all have different ways to learn and be productive. I want the student that I am helping and guiding to discover those special qualities in themselves that will help them achieve their goals. I look forward to tutoring, and hope you will consider me.
