Before I became a New York State certified teacher more than ten years ago, I worked for several major publishing houses and advertising agencies. As a writing tutor, I work one-on-one with a student sharing the tools I've acquired throughout my career. Whether you're working on an essay for English class or your senior thesis, I will teach you brainstorming techniques for unique idea development, editing and rewriting skills to polish the final draft, and vocabulary and grammar skills to make your writing clear, precise and effective. AND I do it all with a sense of humor!
