I am an attorney working in downtown Manhattan. I graduated as co-valedictorian of my high school class, and I received the highest possible academic scholarship to a top liberal arts college, from which I graduated cum laude. I then received a Master's degree in Science Writing from Johns Hopkins University and a law degree from NYU.

I scored a 173 on my LSAT (99th percentile), and I scored a perfect 800 on the Quantitative section of the GRE and a 680 on the Verbal section (95th percentile). In addition to my specialties in LSAT and GRE preparation, I am interested in tutoring students in various math or English subjects; I'm qualified in nearly every subject area under Math and English. I have worked previously as an SAT instructor for Kaplan (I scored a 1420 in 11th grade, 710 on both sections), a major test-preparation company, and I am highly qualified to assist with ACT preparation as well (I scored a 33, including a perfect 36 on the Math section). I'm also happy to review and edit writing assignments and application essays. I worked as a copy editor at a major scientific publication before attending law school, so I have professional experience with proofreading, grammatical and stylistic editing, etc.

As your tutor in any of these areas, I will strive to figure out the best way to help you learn. I want you to get the best results you can from your time with me, and I will work with you any way I can to make sure you are satisfied with my services.
