Hello! I'm Arianna, and I'm a recent graduate of Brown University with honors in Italian Studies and Performance Studies. Having dedicated the last four years to studying Italian language, literature, history, and culture, I decided it would be fun to share my knowledge with other Italian enthusiasts out there. I tutor Italian students of all levels and am happy to teach grammar, work on reading comprehension and writing, give conversation practice, and share knowledge of the culture and its rich literary and artistic traditions! During college, I had opportunities to live in Florence, Rome, and Sicily, and in my senior year I became a tutor of Italian for the dean of the college.

Before becoming a student of humanities in college, I started out as a very passionate math student. Having attended Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology, my high school education was one of the most rigorous math, science, & tech programs in the country. I graduated with straight 'A's and worked for two summers as a TA in local summer school math classes. During those summers I tutored one-on-one and in small groups, taught full classes, and worked with students on in-class exercises Pre-algebra ranging up to Algebra 2. From this experience, I developed a passion for helping students gain confidence in math and build their skills.
