Hello, my name is Rodion and I am currently attending a dual program between the London School of Economics and Middlebury College. I am currently on-track to complete an honors degree in Political Science supplemented with a minor in mathematics. I have many years of tutoring experience, ranging from standardized testing to in-school help. I am particularly proficient in Mathematics, Chemistry, and the social sciences. I attended high school in New York City and provided tutoring services in a wide variety of locations in both the Upper East and West Sides.
I excel in explaining difficult concepts in a concise and easy to remember fashion, but I stress that it is up to the student to put in as much effort as possible in order to attain their highest potential. Generally, I think that tutors are most effective as guides in the field of academia rather than lecturers, and I have had a long, successful academic and tutoring career following that principle. Lastly, I love teaching and promise to work my hardest to ensure that you or your children reach and then exceed whatever goals you set for yourselves.
