Thanks Suzan.

Suzan is a very well thought out student herself. I have had great communication with her. She organizes her specific questions and asks them to me in an accurate manner. I'm glad to have her as one of my students.

Test Preparation:
SAT Math

Approved subjects are in bold.

Approved subjects

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

Algebra 1

I have won many awards for algebra from different schools. At high school, I got a perfect score at my first algebra regents.

Algebra 2

I have won many awards for algebra from different schools. At my sophomore year I scored a 98 on Algebra II regents.

Anatomy

I'm qualified to tutor Anatomy because I often use anatomical terms such as human anatomy and comparative anatomy when tutoring Biology. I also take a deep interest tutoring this subject because I enjoy tutoring about how the body parts and systems of living organisms work and function.

Astronomy

I have taken Astronomy both by interest and requirement. I enjoy tutoring students with all the astronomy fundamentals such as the astronomical view namely the celestial navigation. I also have a very high and in depth knowledge at working with universal gravitation. I can 100% guarantee to be able to help students with all and any universal gravitation related questions. But in general, I love tutoring this subject and I'm really good at it.

Biology

Biology is the study of life and living organisms. I studied, researched, and experimented in this subject over half a decade ago.

Calculus

Calculus is one of my most prefered and best subjects. I love helping students with this subject because this profound subject is actually much simpler than one tends to think.

Chemistry

I have a solid background in chemistry. I also have multiple credentials for chemistry classes/courses from different institutions. I am also both teacher and tutor of chemistry students within and across the sea. I have experience tutoring this subject and I make it fun and easy for my students to do well and succeed.

Economics

Let it be either micro or macroeconomics, I'm the guy you want. I have very good knowledge from the simple supply and demand curve all the way to business cycles and financial crisis. Unlike an instructor's lecture, I can provide one-on-one intuition that economists need in order to understand the ten principles of economics.

Elementary (K-6th)

Receiving recognition from multiple schools for helping young students, I have decided to tutor elementary school students which I have been doing for the past few years. In addition, I also have experience working with young and older kids to prepare them for each end of year exams. I've helped over 100 students who are at their elementary levels.

Elementary Math

I have three certificates of Elementary Math from different schools.

Elementary Science

I tutored elementary science for more than 3 years.

English

Being fluent in English speaking, I can spell any English word the first time I hear it. I also have credentials for English classes/courses from different institutions.

General Computer

I've had worked with many different kinds of students from all sorts of computer knowledge and backgrounds. I know students learning this specific material without proper guidance feels confused at times so I'm there to help.

Geometry

Geometry comes up in almost all levels of math so it's also one of my expertise.

Grammar

I have a thorough knowledge of Grammar and am specifically fluent at correctly using it or when tutoring students Grammar.

Macintosh

I've been using Apple products for years. I own multiple Apple and Macintosh hardware products (MacBook, iPhone, iPad, etc). I use different Apple apps and software such as iBook, iCloud, and iTunes.

Microsoft Excel

Although office products seem to always be updating, the fundamentals stay the same. Having used excel for years, I can now teach it to others. I can help students learn the software pretty quickly depending on the duration and the frequency of the sessions.

Microsoft PowerPoint

Over daily course work and tutoring students about office products, I have a practical knowledge and vast experience on teaching/tutoring Microsoft PowerPoint. Thus, I can help students learn this software rather quickly.

Microsoft Word

If it's MS Word then even a student who sees it the first time can learn it depending on how well the tutor does their job. I can teach students Word in as little as 1-2 days and in under 10 hours. I can help students write or edit word documents using all versions of MS word.

Physical Science

Studying science, I have a decade of experience in the laboratory. I have experience working in biology, biochemistry, biophysics, chemistry, physics, and physical chemistry fields, which gives me a broad sense of background in physical science.

Physics

I have a practical background on physics. I also have multiple credentials for physics classes/courses from different institutions. I have experience tutoring this subject and I make it fun and easy for my students to do well.

Physiology

I have a strong knowledge of physiology and can tutor it at various levels. I've also tutored this subject for a considerable amount of time.

Prealgebra

Tutoring many levels of Math especially Algebra, I have perfected Prealgebra and know tons of shortcuts and techniques to help students grasp the Prealgebra material rather quickly and easily.

Precalculus

I've been tutoring in precalculus for more than 6 years and helped students learn this subject. I've had some excellent results with my tutoring.

Proofreading

I have years of experience proofreading student papers whether it's writing a research paper or an essay draft or other stuff. I understand there are often mistakes or errors on papers that students make unintentionally. But that can be fixed by proofreading and if the student still has problems finding their mistakes that is when I happily correct their mistakes.

Reading

I have experience in tutoring students reading from ages 10-20. I usually work with them once or twice a week after school and help them on their specific reading needs such as making inferences, implied vs direct statements, finding the theme and the setting, and making predictions.

SAT Math

I have a perfect score on the SAT Math section and have refined my expertise to perfection through the years of helping students prepare for it.

Spelling

Although I can spell all common English words the first time I hear it regardless of how long it is, my first advice to students needing or wanting to improve their spelling skills is that not all words are spelled the way they sound.

Trigonometry

I'm very fond of trigonometry. In many cases such as, physics, calculus, engineering, vector mechanics, etc. trigonometry plays a crucial part and, therefore, I have studied them for quite some time. I also tutor trigonometry for all levels preferably 9th grade to college undergraduates.
