Accounting

I have six semesters of experience tutoring financial accounting where I currently work as a professional tutor in the Queens College Academic Support lab, located in Queens College. At the tutoring center, I have tutored thousands of students in accounting over this time period.

Business

I am majoring in accounting, economics and finance at Queens College Cuny, three majors that make up the business field. As a result, I have been required to take several business classes and have taken almost all of the main business courses. So I am very familiar with the business coursework. I am a professional tutor hired by Queens College to work in their academic support tutoring lab. I have worked with hundreds of students and gained plenty of experience in the best tutoring methods. I love tutoring and working with students and believe patience and a smile are the best teaching methods you can practice.

Economics

I am a professional economics tutor hired by a college to teach students economics in their Academic Support Lab, AKA, their tutoring center. I have achieved A pluses in all economics subjects that I tutor. I also majored in Economics in college.

I am well versed in explaining the basic concepts in a simplified manner. I also know how to break down and simplify complicated graphs. I am sure that I can help any student improve his or her understanding of economics.

Finance

I have a degree in finance and accounting and have tutored corporate finance as a college tutor. I was hired by Queens College as a professional financial accounting tutor to work in their academic tutoring lab. However, I also tutored students that came in and asked for help with corporate finance. As a result, I am very familiar with the coursework and material faced by the average college student taking corporate finance.

The majority of the material on the GED exam I have experience teaching students via tutoring. For example, many times students come into the tutoring center looking for help with writing and reading and I work with them. I also have majored and I am currently minoring in mathematics and have taken several mathematics courses. All the mathematics material on the GED exam I have covered several times over in my coursework.

Prealgebra

I have tutored scores of students in mathematics all the way up to the level of multivariable calculus. In addition, I am a hired professional tutor for Queens College in their academic support lab, where I have worked for the last six semesters. As a result I have much experience as a tutor and have learned a lot about the most effective teaching methods. One thing is for sure, a smile and patience are just as important as these methods. I am a mathematics minor in college. Plus my majors in college (economics, mathematics and finance) incorporate a lot of mathematics into the material for these subjects. In addition, I scored a 99 on my mathematics regents.
