Hello,

My name is Matthew and I thoroughly enjoy teaching. My career has always been around teaching and the excitement of discovery.

I enjoy the thrill of new discovery and understanding. I enjoy the challenge of every student and determining what it will take for them to “get it”.

My teaching experience began with 4 years in a high school classroom teaching all realms of Mathematics courses and took me into the world of business where I owned and operated a Personal Training facility in the heart of Manhattan for 10 years.

I then spent 6 years in the US Army where I deployed to Afghanistan for 2 tours of combat operations.

I am uniquely qualified to teach Math and business due to my BA in Mathematics, My personal experience in business and my success and time in the military. The most valuable lesson I learned while serving in the armed forces was that any obstacle can be overcome. Though teamwork, objective thinking and planning, there is no problem that cannot be solved.

I pride myself on professionalism and have a clear understanding of quality service. I value being on-time, prepared and communication. It’s key to any successful relationship no matter what the arena.

I hope after reading this you feel comfortable enough to let me work with you. I will not let you down.
