I am warm, welcoming and kind. I am a guest wellness blogger and have been practicing yoga for 6+ years and meditation for 3+ years. I fully embrace the idea that “yoga meets us where we are” and aim to create a comforting, comfortable, physically and emotionally safe space where my students can find pride in themselves, encouragement, and body communication.
I am highly attuned to my students due to my personal embodiment, private and group teaching sessions, an intuitive nature, and my knowledge of Somatic Experiencing. I asses my students’ needs and teach accordingly, always hoping to inspire each student to return to the mat and striving to create classes that feel personal and adapted to each individual.
