Biostatistics

Over the last 5 years I have worked with more than 40 MDs, nurses and biology researchers on problems in the areas of gene alignment, drug testing and species clustering.

In my opinion, the strengths of Stata belong to the following areas: mixed effects models, univariate and multivariate time series, logistic regression for panel data, robust statistics, estimation on clustered data. I have exploited Stata extensively in each of those areas.
