I can help you succeed as I have so many others over the past 14 years...Get me for a steal!...
This summer, I worked as a "Master Teacher" at an intensive SAT summer camp. I contribute to various websites as a blogger on issues surrounding the GMAT. I tutor adults, including the manager of one of the world's top rock bands, and help them to become better writers. In the past month, my students have kicked butt on the SAT, GRE, ACT, and HSPT. I know what I teach, and, more importantly, I LOVE it when my students succeed, in whatever way that means for them.
Through other companies, my services are billed at over $120/hour.
I am a actor, singer, comedian, blogger, vlogger, Harvard graduate, former Naval officer, and TUTOR. There are so many pieces to my life's "mosaic" and I use them all to lead a more well-rounded life, and to be a more well-rounded tutor. I was a tutor before I was ever paid to do it. A straight-A high school student, I was always asked to help my brother with his studies, which didn't come as easily to him. When I was a peer tutor at Harvard University, I discovered how enjoyable and rewarding it was to help other people understand our school's Freshman computer requirement and how I could use my knowledge, skills and tricks to help them break down and overcome a daunting goal.
I was an officer in the U.S. Navy, where I learned to lead and teach people from all walks of life, and also saw first-hand how adding inspiration and encouragement helped our whole team do better, and feel better about it. Since then, I've worked primarily as an entertainer, but I have remained a tutor, as well, bringing the empathy and humor that make me a successful singer, actor and comedian to GMAT and SAT classrooms and private tutoring for a tutoring company. I've been fortunate enough to be able to do some interesting things in my life, and have meet so many amazing, diverse people along the way. Everything I've learned along the way informs my tutoring. I am not only a teacher, but also a coach and cheerleader. I love seeing people succeed and knowing that I helped. My life truly is a mosaic, where many disparate pieces work to make a whole, which is exciting and vibrant.
