Patience and understanding are at the core of how I work with students. I take a unique and innovative approach to teaching that helps students connect with the subject matter they need to master. Through personalized and focused teaching processes, my students develop the tools they need for ongoing success in their fields of study. My success depends on my attention to the needs of my clients and truly helping them achieve - I don't succeed unless YOU succeed. I've studied Psychology at Columbia University, working with some of the most accomplished psychologists in their field including Walter Mischel and Betsy Sparrow. After being awarded a TA position in Social Cognition, I went on to work in the Interpersonal Relations and Diversity laboratory under Valerie Purdie-Vaughns. After graduation, my love in Mathematics led me to tutor undergraduate students in Statistics and college level algebra.
