History/Theatre student looking to tutor children ages 3-12

My name is Emily and I am currently living in New York City, and finishing up my senior year at Sarah Lawrence College. While at SLC I've been focusing in History and Theatre, but have also studied literature and child psychology. I have babysat (and helped with school work) for ages 2-12, and spent two years assistant teaching children ages 3-5 in Sarah Lawrence's Early Childhood Center. I love children, and I am extremely passionate about learning. Eventually I would like to pursue a career in Museum Education.

I have been studying theatre for the past 15 years. I went to a performing arts high school, and focused on theatre in college. Not only have I taken classes on acting and theatrical design, I also have experience performing in and designing shows on both educational and community theatre levels. Aside from studying theatre, I also spent a summer as a theatre camp counselor for ages 10-14.
