Actually, according to the edict of Villers-Cotterets, in 1539, French was continually surveyed and adapted to be pure, eloquent, and functional - it was supposed to be used for discussions of the arts and sciences. Yes, French has been modern in form and design since well before the one in which I am writing and you are reading!
As a tutor, I have worked with private and public school students from ages 8 to 70 and up. With five years' teaching experience, including with Berlitz, and a master's in French Language and Culture, I can help you gain speaking confidence and become a competent user of the language to write, read, and speak.
We start with an assessment of what we can reasonably attain together. If you need to start from the beginning and do a bit of a refresher, no problem! If you are advanced, we will build customized lessons around the skills you need to perfect. Commençons le voyage! Let's get ready to go!
