I am a published journalist, focusing on international humanitarian issues. My work has been published by major international organizations and news agencies.

I am delighted to be tutoring English reading and writing to students of all ages and backgrounds, for a variety of objectives including: basic conversational skills for children; test preparation for high school students; resume and job application assistance for recent graduates; day-to-day navigation of English bureaucracy for recent arrivals - any and all situations welcome.

I am also available for history and world politics tutoring as these issues have been at the forefront of my published work.

I have extensive experience as a musician, including over 20 years as a professional theater bassist. I read music well, and am familiar with the theory and techniques in all styles, from jazz to classical to rock and blues, Latin and gospel. I was trained at Manhattan School of Music and a graduate of the High School of Performing Arts (NYC). I have very solid ear training.

If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
