I have experience working with a variety of elementary students including both gifted and at-risk students. I taught upper elementary school through Teach For America and currently work a one of the world's leading publishing companies. I have an undergraduate degree in business and a master's degree in early childhood education.
I will work to tutor, motivate, and inspire your student. Most importantly, I will track their progress and provide you with specific data highlighting areas of success as well as areas of difficulty. I am familiar with the Common Core Standards most states are moving toward, and will base my instruction around them. At the end of the day, I want your student to feel confident about his or her ability to succeed in school and in life.
