Currently, I am employed as an Adjunct Professor in the Digital Arts Program at Touro College and Hunter School of Continuing Education. I teach Digital Design, Digital Photography and Web Design at Touro College and HTML5/CSS and Adobe Flash at Hunter College. I also freelance as an Interactive Art Director at various pharmaceutical and consumer ad agencies and web design firms.
As an Interactive Art Director, I am designing interactive apps with adobe inDesign CS6 and DPS software.
I am licensed by the New York State Department of Education with a Professional License in both Visual Art and Commercial Art. I had taught Vocational High School students Commercial Art for 7 years. Using the Adobe Creative Suite software, I had taught students Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Web Design and Digital Photography.
My commercial art students created online portfolios, competed and won trophies in high school graphic art competitions and have been published in one of the high school text book on graphic design published by Davis Publications.
As a working Visual Artist, I have also taught Visual Art in the public schools. My students have entered and exhibited their works of art at galleries and competed for high school workshops sponsored by colleges such as Cooper Union and the Cooper Hewitt Museum.
As a fine artist, technology is incorporated to my sculpture. I design light sculptures that glow on the walls and use kinetic motion. My works of art have been exhibited at famous galleries in Chelsea.
