My mission in tutoring is to take the drudgery out of learning Math and Science for young people. Instead of a rigid pre-structured course, I will create individual study plans to accommodate a student’s need and assimilation of information. I believe every person should have a solid understanding in math and science and its relevance before setting out into the real world. Perhaps I'm different than most tutors in that I feel an instructor should have a thorough comprehension of the subject being taught. That instruction should be effectively communicated to the students in a light, humorous manner, thus making complex lessons easier to grasp and enjoyable. Incorporating videos and other technical aides are also part of my effort to make tutoring sessions palatable and productive.
I have a master's in Biomedical Sciences from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. (I excelled at the top of my class.) I am currently at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harlem.
