An extraordinary teacher, I have over 30 years experience including 15 years as Senior Cantor at two of the most prestigious congregations in the country. Lessons with me are both fun and productive. I have worked with over 5,000 students over my cantorial career and specialize in the success of both gifted and talented students as well as students with learning differences. I am the only Bar/Bat Mitzvah tutor in Manhattan who works with the MagicYad - an incredible tool that puts the teacher's voice right there in the pen and allows the student to slow down or speed up the recording, record him or herself and compare to the teacher and repeat the words at various pitches.
I also have extensive tutoring experience in English subjects such as writing, reading and public speaking as well as music subjects such as ear training and guitar lessons.
