Having spent several years as a professional speech communications professor, I will work with you, coach you, and help you overcome any apprehension that prevents you from becoming an effective public communicator. As we work together, you will become eloquent, fluent, conversational and assertive in front of an audience.
A job interview is another situation where it is essential to confidently convey your achievements and commitments. Additionally, it is mission critical to develop a robust resume that will provide you with clear advantages over other candidates. In other words, it’s not just what you say, but how you say it!
As your coach and mentor, I will assist you in business communications, which includes ESL and native English professional speech. You will also learn how to write effective, and concise business correspondence to clients, employees, management, and the general public.
Perhaps best of all, you will have traded in that old feeling of anxiety for an enhanced sense of self-esteem, confidence, and swagger!
So, what is my professional background? I have a Master’s degree in Speech and a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Emerson College. I also studied graduate level Administration and Management at Harvard.
My business experiences vary greatly. I have 13 years experience on-air for WBBR-Bloomberg. I was also a lead professional communication skills trainer for US Government professionals, and executive consulting practice. I have taught at Emerson College, SUNY and CUNY schools.
Through my experience I understand and adapt to a vast variety of needs and individual levels of motivation with regard to cross-cultural learners of English.
Most importantly, I am extremely passionate and enthusiastic about my work. My true reward comes in the form of the great results for my clients.
