Hello!
I am a current postdoctoral fellow in New York doing research work in Biology with an emphasis in Infectious diseases. I taught high school students and privately tutored all levels, various subjects. I was brought up in Paris (France) and Toronto (Canada), thus I am perfectly bilingual. My main challenging tutoring position was to tutor an 11 year old English speaking boy who joined the French Lycee in Toronto, Canada. He switched from a private English school to a school where all the subjects (Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, history,...) were taught in French. Neither of his parents spoke French or were able to help him. We worked it out and he was very successful in his new school. The experience was challenging but rewarding.
