Hello all.
My name is Justin, and I am a current ESL teacher and experienced educator looking to help anyone who might need it. I am a graduate of Princeton University (class of 2007) and I am most of the way through a Masters degree in TESOL. I spent two years living in South Korea and working as an English Conversation teacher for high school students. I have also spent time working with individual middle school students here in New York, and as an ESL teacher for European high school students on the campus of Wagner College.
I am an innovative and effective educator who works tirelessly to help his students improve. For larger classes I often implement creative projects, and for individuals I tend to favor a lot of discussion, however this always depends on the level of the student(s) and I am happy to slow down or speed up accordingly.
I would be able to help students, of any age, with reading, writing, study skills, basic computer, and Microsoft Word. My specialty would be teaching English as a second language, and I am available to travel to almost any location in Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx or Queens, so long as it is accessible via public transportation.
Most importantly, I love to teach, I love to educate, and I would love to become your tutor.
Thank you for reading.
Sincerely,
Justin
