I'm exclusively an SAT/ACT tutor, and I can help you maximize your score! Several years ago, I began teaching for a premier test prep company; I am now available privately at less than half the rate that parents used to pay for my services.
With all my students, I weave cutting-edge test-taking strategies into an individualized approach. With each new student, I begin by carefully observing how the student naturally proceeds with the SAT or ACT. I then develop a customized approach in which I tailor my instruction toward the student's strengths. I have a strong track record of success: I've tutored some students toward perfect scores and others out of trouble-zones into respectability. Whether a student is intellectually gifted or requires specialized instruction, I always proceed at a pace and in a style that instills confidence.
I scored in the 99th percentile, and I teach my students the most effective techniques and strategies, but parents are most impressed by my ability to connect with my students in such a manner that they are motivated to learn and eager to perform to their potential. My students like me, but they also understand that I hold them to a high degree of excellence.
I have a master's degree in psychology, and when I am not dedicating myself toward my students' test day success, I'm working toward a second master's in statistics.
