Hello! My name is Elise, and I am a certified New York State teacher. I have been teaching English in a NYC public school for the past 8 years, and love it! I currently have been teaching 8th grade for the past 7 years, and have also taught 7th grade as well. I recently also received a second masters in school building leadership, and I am sure I can help prepare your child for the NYS ELA exam, which is in the spring. I have great, innovative, as well as interesting test prep strategies guaranteed to show you results! I utilize technology into as many lessons as possible, and I love to have fun while learning wherever possible! I can help with reading, writing, college essays, middle school or high school work. I have a BFA in Public Relations from Long Island University, a Master's of Science in Adolescent English Education, and have just completed a second Master's in School Administration.
