Accounting theory is not an easy subject and taxes don't always follow logic. I can help you understand the idea behind the theory. I will explain generally accepted accounting principles and tax regulations. This tutoring service is perfect for undergraduate students with accounting classes, or for students preparing for the CPA exam. Be prepared with the material before you go to your exam. Ask a lot of questions when something is not clear. I will show you how to prepare financial statements, write the notes to them, research a problem, understand a tax position on a tax return, understand the effects of doing business in multiple states, how to plan for your tax liabilities, and how to estimate and manage your financial data.

QuickBooks is a common accounting program used for the every-day bookkeeping of most companies. It simplifies the work and provides you with appropriate reports for use in decision-making. I am a CPA, and can give you a great review of the capabilities of this program.

I am s Certified Public Accountant and tax preparation and review are 80% of my work. I am expert on 1040s, 1120 and 1120S, 1065 - these are covered on all tax related exams, either in your college program, or for the CPA exam itself.
