I graduated from the State University at Albany in May 2010 with a cum laude degree in Linguistics. I am an excellent writer. I can do proofreading, and/or assist you in becoming a better writer yourself. I have experience teaching English as a second language to people with varying degrees of proficiency, ranging from very low proficiency to almost perfect proficiency. I expect to see a lot of progress from all of my students. I put in a lot of effort, but it is also required that the student put in equal effort. In such a case, success is the only possibility. I am applying to graduate school for communication/speech disorders and plan to become a speech therapist. I can also help with pronunciation, communication skills, as well as preparing for public speaking. I expect a lot from my students but I am also patient and understanding. Progress takes time and effort.
