I graduated from Corning Community College (CCC) in 2011, with an Honors diploma in the Liberal Arts and Sciences: Mathematics and Sciences program. From this point, I am continuing my studies toward a bachelor's degree in Biology. While at CCC I worked as a math tutor in the Mathematics Learning Center. Here I gained experience tutoring many levels of math courses, from preparatory classes to Differential Equations, with students of all ages. My classes at the college were focused around a Biology concentration, and I took many classes related to the field including: Biology I & II, History of Biological Ideas (Honors), and Genetics. My work in these classes (and other science and general required classes) earned me the Thomas A. McGrath Award for Excellence in Science in 2011. Though more "specialized" to math and science, I can also be of help in certain other subjects as well.
