I have been teaching Mathematics for 10 years. I teach in Brooklyn. I have worked with students that come from all walks of life and with different strengths and weaknesses. I have tutored and taught "strong" as well as "weak" students and helped them achieve their goal, whether it was to pass with a 65 or with a 95. I am very dedicated in what I do. One of my classroom policies has been that I will shave my head if all my students pass the Regents. One year, all my students did pass and I shaved my head! I believe that all students can do math, its just some students have been told that they cannot and they have let that stick in their minds. I do group tutoring as well, so if interested please contact me.

Very comfortable with this tutor! What an honest man. — Mujahid's demeanor was very pleasant and that helped to make my daughter, who is normally very shy, comfortable immediately. He took the time to first evaluate some of her past work and do some review. At that time he spoke with my wife and I to determine what our goals where and devise a strategy for tacking my daughter's issues. He offered some great advice for going forward and assured us that ...
