Hi Everybody,

My name is Fun, and I will live up to my name as a tutor!

I graduated from the University of Michigan with a Master's degree in Business, and I have worked for a Swiss and German Investment Bank. As part of my work, I tutor students in Math (pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, and general Math), Language Arts (including English, reading, vocabulary and writing), and test prep (GED, GRE, SHSAT, SAT), as well as some of my favorite extra-curricular activities (Basketball, Golf, and Snowboarding).

In general, I favor a "hands-on" approach to teaching that involves a lot of interaction between the tutor and student, and concrete experiences in addition to worksheets. However, my specific methods vary according to the subject being taught and the learning style of the student.

How do I receive a discount?

Save between 5 and 15% on tutoring by purchasing credit with one of our prepaid discount packages. You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
