I have over 11 years experience in using Microsoft Excel on a daily basis. In my current, and prior two positions, on a daily basis I have had to pull large amounts of data from in-house databases (using Business Objects or Synergy Analytics) and download this data into Excel. I have had to create many types of reports and presentations with the use of Excel.

During this period I have been trained in how to operate computers, use various types of software (computer programs), and diagnose hardware problems. While in private industry, I have continuously been a liaison between IT departments and various department to help facilitate communications.
