I am a Graduate Student at Miami University, currently in the process of completing my master's degree of Educational Psychology. At the same time, I am also working at the office of New York State Assemblyman in NYC. I have had experience of tutoring both Mandarin Chinese and English for multi-age students. I believe that a language is not simply a tool of communication but also a study which yields a window into culture. I am especially passionate about sharing my native language with Mandarin Chinese learners.
For the students in different proficiency levels, I will develop individualized study plan based on students' needs; track students' learning progress; evaluate students' achievement as a timely manner. The students continuous improvement is my goal of teaching.
