I am offering over fifteen years of experience in the field of computer programming, expertise in the application of technology, and solid analytic skills. I also have a strong background in the field of education and many years of experience in assisting students with improving their skills and scores in mathematics and computer science.
While working in the financial data sector, designing and implementing solutions in C, C++, Visual Basic, VBA, and Microsoft SQL environments, I developed an in-depth understanding of multithreaded and distributed processes and solid debugging and troubleshooting skills. I designed and implemented JavaScript message distribution framework for multithreaded Titanium Mobile environment to extend the reach of the firm’s products and services. In addition, working directly with clients, I was responsible for providing timely support and ensuring integrity of the market data.
I also have a degree in Secondary Education, Teaching Mathematics and Computer and Information Sciences. Having exceptionally rigorous and strong education in math enables me to teach a wide range of courses. Years of experience of tutoring students in mathematics and computer science in different educational systems (the former Soviet Union and the United States) allow me to use various methods and strategies, find the right level and approach with students of different age groups and abilities, and give clear and precise explanation and incorporate technology.
