I'm well educated and have a great deal of personal business
experience. I've taken lots of qualifying exams: Regents
, college entrance, grad school, business school, insurance, series 6 and series 7
(stock brokerage). Generally speaking, I can teach anything that I can understand, and teach it well. Nicely, but effectively.
I find that as a creative business man, I was always designing better ways to do things, new procedures, new concepts. The best trainer for these ideas was me. So did a lot of training. Years and years of it. I also learned that if I wanted to move on to a new assignment, I had to leave someone behind on the team I had trained, to train newcomers. The technical term for that is TTT (or T3) for Train the Trainer. I do that, too.
I presently take assignments from The Training Associates, in Westborough, MA. I've trained more than 300 students this year, and have loved it.
