Hi there! I'm excited to help you exceed in math!!

I tutor subjects from pre-algebra to calculus. I have a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering and am even enrolled in a refresher calculus course this year!

More about my academic background : I earned my Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan and completed my Master of Science degree at California State University at Long Beach, and I am currently applying to Ph.D. programs. I worked as a Junior Aerospace Engineer at TTC Technologies, a small engineering contract firm on Long Island (where I grew up), and interned at NASA Langley Research Center for a school year.

My method is based on being METICULOUS -- I believe that if you fully understand the basics, the more advanced concepts will come easier. I also believe that practice makes perfect, and would walk you through practice problems until you show mastery.

How do I receive a discount?

Save between 5 and 15% on tutoring by purchasing credit with one of our prepaid discount packages. You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
