I completed many years of high-level math coursework, including theoretical calculus as well as differential, integral, and multivariable calculus. I also spent many years studying algebra and trigonometry and also completed a course in linear algebra. I received all 'A's throughout high school and university.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry with honors graduating cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, and I received an undergraduate chemistry scholarship from the University of Michigan. I completed coursework in inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, physical chemistry,and biochemistry.
I spent seven years in medical research laboratories as a laboratory technologist and published in several journals, including the Journal of Neuroscience. I worked in neurology, molecular biology and biochemistry, genetics, and neurosurgery.
