In order for a student to succeed and advance in life they need help, my goal is to provide that springboard to success by analyzing the individual student learning styles and habits in order to ensure that the student get the most out of the material. Discipline, excellence, and fun is the motto that I use in teaching. I am a young man that works patiently and relentlessly until the mission is finished. My mother and teacher taught me that in each area of work and learning do it Honestly and faithfully. I follow this principle daily, which can be reflected in all aspects of my life. I worked with pre-adolescence and adolescence ages 10-17 at a Adventist Pathfinder Club from 2005-2012 at church teaching science, ethics, and camping outdoors.
I graduated from the City College of New York June 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and minor in Psychology. While in City College, I was a Biology tutor for the student support services program from 2009-2010, tutoring undergraduate students in General Biology. I also tutored and helped students from kindergarten through grade 5 with the Global Partnership program in both reading and math skills at after-school. I am a certified New York State teaching assistant for the Education Department as of 2012. I teach to make difficult topics much more simpler so that students can be better prepared for their next class. After tutoring students, each of them always leave better than the last time. Do not hesitate to give me a chance and you will not regret it. Thank you
