I am a recent graduate of NYU's Gallatin School of Individualized Study where I designed a concentration that integrated study from the fields of Philosophy, Art Theory and History, Political Theory, and Literature. I received a Bachelor's Degree with magna cum laude Latin Honors and was a member of the Dean's Honor Society. I am also a National Merit Scholar and am currently SAT tutoring for an established company.
I am a serious student and plan to pursue a graduate degree in Philosophy with the hope of becoming a professor in the field. In the meantime I am teaching children's art classes two days a week through a not-for-profit program that I co-founded.
I am available to tutor Reading and Writing, Literature/English, SAT Prep, Critical Thinking, Art, and Philosophy. I have a real love of education and would be delighted to work through dense texts at the High School or College level with you while passing on the study techniques and critical reading tricks that have enabled me to succeed as a student.
