I was born and raised in Morocco. Berber is my native language. At age 5 I learned Arabic, the official language, and I speak Moroccan, Standard, and Classical Arabic. At age 10 I learned French, the dominant language of business and government. At university, I majored in English Literature. Through the Morocco Exchange program, I learned about American culture and taught Americans about Moroccan culture.
I believe that my multilingual skills, strong inter-personal and organizational skills, interest in helping people and firsthand knowledge of Moroccan culture, and many western cultures are valuable assets for a Arabic language tutor.
