Anthropology is the science of human kind, their customs and cultures.
I have taken Anthropology classes at Southern New Hampshire University, where I am a senior, and received and A (98) through all the tests and research papers and cases studies that I have conducted.
Anthropology studies humans, past and present, in order to understand the full sweep and complexity of cultures across all of human history.
There are different areas to anthropology, i.e. sociocultural anthropology, biological/physical anthropology, archaeological anthropology, and linguistics.

The study of anthropology gives us knowledge and insight into human behavior.

Cooking is a process, refined with different techniques, to prepare food.

Culinary art lessons were an integral part of my culinary talents. I took 35 lessons on Mediterranean Cuisine and baking.
Then I earned an AS degree from Pensacola Jr. College on Restaurant and Hotel Management. This degree encompassed everything from managing a kitchen to how to buy meat and how to preserve edibles to prevent spoiling.

Two main fundamentals of cooking is safety in and sanitation in the kitchen, i.e. having a fire extinguisher in the kitchen, and never using the same knife and cutting board for chicken and other meats.

My specialties are Mediterranean (Turkish cuisine) and European Cuisine.

Cooking is a cultural art form and nutritional habits of different cuisines are shaped according to the prevalent cultural, geographical, ecological characteristics.

Turkish Cuisine, while rich in variety and taste-bud friendly, also contains examples which could provide a source for healthy and balanced diets and vegetarian cuisines.
For example, cold dishes are mainly vegetables prepared with olive oil. Since olive oil is a natural preservative, the dish cooked with olive oil can be kept in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Criminal Justice

I am attending the Southern New Hampshire University's online program as a pre-law student. My major is Psychology with concentration in Forensic Psychology and a minor in Justice Studies.
I have just completed my minor and will be graduating end of this year.

I have taken the following classes and received an A in all:

Law of Ethics /Legal Traditions
International Criminal Justice
Criminal Procedures
Introduction to Criminal Justice
Forensic Law
Criminal Law
Forensic Psychology
Criminal Psychology

Criminal Justice system in the US is geared to protect all individuals within the US. Having learned, analyzed most aspects of the system, and having written over 100 papers on the subject (and received an A) I believe qualifies me to tutor in the subject.

European History

Students of European history study the continent’s history and culture from its origins to the present day. It encompasses the events and cultures of the people who occupy (or not) the lands within Europe - from the Romans to modern Italy, from Saxon invasions in medieval era to Nazi Germany, and from the Spanish Inquisition to Napoleon.

Currently I am a senior at a University and have taken courses in Anthropology and World Religions, and received an A in both.

My interest in religion has forced me to study different religions of the world, from Christianity to Buddhism. I have read the Bible and the Quaran, as well as the Torah.

I have written several research papers on the religions of the world and received an A in all. Religion defies logic, it is a spiritual matter and a matter of faith. Instilling faith, if there is a lack, is essential, however not everyone has faith, so the subject matter of religion should be thought as a historical entity.

My approach to teaching religion is based on open mindedness and historical facts.

I am US government certified in Turkish. My certification states that I am an Expert in the language - scored highest score of 5. I am a native speaker.
