I am an expert in linguistics and teaching approaches. If you are interested in learning Russian as a second language, I will be happy to reach your goals.

I have Master's degree in teaching English as a second language. I am also CELTA certified to teach English as a second language to adults. So, if you are interested in learning English, I can help you with that too.

My teaching methods include individual approach to each student, efficient clarification and conveying the meaning, form and pronunciation of the target language (grammatical structures, vocabulary, etc) and communicative approach to each lesson (the student's talking time prevails over teacher's talking time).

Learning with me is fun, but I am looking for a highly motivated students! Your motivation is crucial in the learning process, on my side I can ensure you that I will give you the keys of how to learn a foreign language and help you go through all the stages.

I have been working with special education students (as a Teacher's Assistant) for almost two years in NYC public schools. I understand needs of special education students. I believe that each child is unique and requires a consistent approach in learning as well as a right to express himself/herself in every possible way.

I graduated from Pedagogical Institute in Russia where I thoroughly studied linguistics (English grammar, phonetics, history of the language) and teaching methods. I am a native speaker of the Russian language. I studied Russian at high school and in Pedagogical Institute. I am able to teach Russian grammar and drill pronunciation very well.
