Highly Qualified Ancient Greek and Latin Tutor

I am a highly experienced and skilled tutor of Ancient Greek and Latin. I am currently a Ph.D candidate and Enhanced Chancellor's Fellow for Classical Philology at CUNY Graduate Center. I tutored Ancient Greek and Latin extensively throughout my time as an undergraduate at Boston University (summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, Palma Aurea Latin Scholarship recipient) and I hope to continue to tutor during my time in New York.

I can tutor Ancient Greek and Latin basics such as grammar, vocabulary, composition, meter, pronunciation and I can also conduct reading sessions of Classical authors. For further information on the classical authors I am most familiar with, please request a list via e-mail.

I believe tutoring is a two-way street: I shall come prepared and engaged to tutoring sessions and I expect my student to do so, as well. I have always struck a good balance between discipline and relaxation in my tutoring sessions and I always try to create an amicable atmosphere between myself and the student. I also am able to adapt quickly to different educational needs and atmospheres.
