I'm a graduate from Brown University with a degree in music and computer science. As a primary job I'm a technical recruiter and spend lots of time teaching and reviewing interviewing and technical skills with candidates.
I've taught music at a summer camp and to friends who have wanted to learn more, and throughout my academic career I've frequently helped peers as well as younger students on their work in various subjects. I like to take a step back from the specific problem or question they're looking at and figure out what's tripping them up in their line of thinking; once they understand the underlying concept, I walk them through applying it.
