I became a teacher/mentor because it was a caring teacher who gave me a chance to learn how to learn, how to improve myself, and how to solve even the most daunting of academic problems. Like many of the students I tutor, I had a modest education, but one riddled with gaps in basic learning, leaving me faced with challenges in basic writing, vocabulary, reading comprehension, grammar and the like.

Today, I specialize in in writing the essay, public speaking and career advancement. I am happy to help you with letters of application, resume writing, portfolio presentation and interviewing strategies. I also focus on research papers and business writing. My SAT review skills produce positive results. My concern and support of the adult learner and athlete affords me special gratification.

I will care for you, excite you to learn, guide you and ask you to see yourself as the successful student you are. I am flexible but appreciate a 24-hour cancellation notice. I am happy to travel to you or we can meet at our local library. I will help you write and begin a plan for academic and personal success.

I know what you are feeling and I will help you master your most difficult assignment, succeed in test-taking so you can walk tall into each of your classrooms.

Effort Equals Success!

Regards,
Dr. Paul
